Similarly to the fire signs (Aries, Leo and Sagittarius), Scorpio can be passionate, intense and dramatic. Scorpio is excellent at practising self preservation and these people rarely divulge too much information about themselves to avoid the possibility of it being used against them at a later date. They can be inclined to think in black and white terms and tend to have strong likes and dislikes about people, things and situations leading them to form firm opinions and preferences. Siblings

Sibling relationships verged on the intense side. They may have fought a lot and had some wild arguments. Their siblings could have been jealous or resentful towards them. Travelling to places within their country or state is especially enjoyable for them. Scorpio is a fixed sign so these people might not move around a great deal or enjoy traveling outside their state unless Aries, Gemini and/or Sagittarius are prominent in the chart.

They like to travel to places where there’s a lot of water, like a still, quiet lake. In such places, they can spend plenty of time in calm contemplation, mentally unload and emotionally unwind.

Their favorite vehicle is dark in color. White or bright colors like lime green hold little appeal for them. Vehicles that are economical and efficient appeal to them although they also have a penchant for fast, powerful cars.

Immediate Environment

Their home is nothing short of a sanctuary. It’s where they feel safest and where they enjoy spending time by themselves and with their nearest and dearest away from a rather bewildering, and often tumultuous, world that lies beyond its comforting walls.

Being sensitive to the energy of others, they’re careful of who they allow into their home. They don’t want it to fill up with bad vibes! Personally, I can totally understand this as someone with Mars in Scorpio! Jealous people are actively avoided because they find their energy particularly troublesome. Carrying out energy-clearing practices like smudging and sound cleansing can help them maintain a positive and harmonious atmosphere.

They occasionally crave action in their home and are happy to have lots going on. However, they still need plenty of time to unwind and recharge. And as they grow older, they generally enjoy a quieter domestic life.

At work or in their home, they may occasionally feel pushed around or controlled by someone with Scorpionic energy. This could be a boss, partner, parent, or someone else. At work, issues may arise with controlling, overbearing or exploitative bosses or colleagues, however, the opposite is also true for this placement so they may instead work in a lovely place.

Their intellectual journey in school was anything but superficial. They felt deeply about the subjects they were truly interested in and wanted to explore them in-depth. Like those with Gemini or Virgo in this house, they had very curious and prying minds and were naturally quite intelligent children. I have a baby cousin with this placement. She’s just nine years old and consistently scores well on various different tests. I’m frequently amazed by how sharp her mind is.

They probably wanted to get the bottom of things and proved themselves to be excellent natural researchers. They enjoy digging into books, conducting experiments and questioning everything to gain a deeper understanding. In class, they were likely among the first to raise their hands to answer questions and often got them right — like my cousin who correctly answers nearly every question asked, apparently!

They probably weren’t too keen on participating in sports. They were drawn to more intellectual or introspective pursuits. But if they did engage in sports, they displayed intense determination and a strong desire to excel. Their competitive nature and ability to think strategically made them formidable opponents despite their limited interest.

Any tech that enhances their sense of safety and security interests them. Wireless cams linked to apps, doorbell cam software, alarm systems, and so on are probably things they have installed.

In terms of social media use, while they may use it, they tend to be cautious about the privacy settings and may only show their posts to a group of people they know and trust. 

A lot of people with this placement enjoy gaming because of the competitive edge so they could have a rather elaborate game set up at home. The type of games they play could be strategic or intellectually challenging, appealing to their problem-solving skills but they also appreciate action-oriented games for the thrill they provide.

These people work very well with their hands. Their patience is second to none, despite Scorpio being a rather spicy sign! They may also have a talent for sewing, knitting or other textile-related skills.

They also tend to be great at identifying what needs to be fixed when examining something that is broken. My female cousin is very much this way inclined and I’m often surprised by her ability to take something utterly broken and fix it — oftentimes, in a jiffy!

If Cancer, Leo or Pisces is strong in the chart, they could be highly musically talented. They may master instruments like the guitar, piano, cello or violin. I would personally go as far as to say that they possess the focus and tenacity to learn virtually any instrument they set their mind on.
